Why the Individual we Must re-elect is "We The People"

It is the day following the election we've resolved, and the votes are counted. This morning I knew somebody would be chosen president, people would be mad that their candidate didn't win and that matters would finally calm down a little. Now there will not be 1,000 political ads on television attempting to sway my opinion, and there will not be politicians walking the streets, only a great deal of rhetoric on what happened and why, and hopefully in a few days even that will calm down.

One thing which will not change though is that, today someone will not have food, somebody will probably be homeless, there'll be children that are not secure, New Jersersians and New Yorkers will still be attempting to recover from Sandy, colleges will still have problems, there will still be violence on our streets, and there'll still be people which are underemployed and unemployed.

The bottom line is when we the people don't show up the day after the election we're in big trouble. It's us who will definitely change our country around - great old "We The People", we could make the largest impact in our communities our colleges, and our families. When there's a catastrophe in a town, it's "we the people" who can stand side by side with our neighbors and friends to make a huge difference. We donate food, and cash to allow friends and strangers alike know that someone cares, and they are not alone. It is city watch and citizens who care, who work with law enforcement and governments, to make our neighborhoods safe. vysledky is the small, medium and large business owners having the capability to hire people. We can lobby and telephone our politicians once we don't agree with what they're saying. We can work with our politicians, to change the policies which don't work, and the ones we do not like. It might not be easy, but it can be done. We can come together to get what we desire, we can visit our politicians in numbers and ask them to help us draft bills (right now 11,970 bills and resolutions are now before Congress) that talk to the requirements in our communities and our nations, but it will take "We the People".

Today I hope we wake up and put our thinking caps on, not to talk about the issues, but rather to work on solving these. Where do we have expertise, where can we serve, how can we help? If every single member of "We the People" asks themselves those questions today and looks for ways to come together for the good of everyone, what an amazing and awesome future we'll be confronting. It is the sacrifices and hard work of "we the people" who will really make America what it has to be.
